– Length, width and height of the material/equipment to be stored.
Weight
– The weight (lbs.) of the material/equipment to be stored.
Submittal Sheets
– If you have submittal sheets from the manufacturer, please include.
Lifting Plan
– Provide a lifting plan showing specific and accurate pick-points.
Delivery Address
– The address of the project to which the equipment will be delivered.
Delivery Plan
– An overview of the proposed delivery plan and required sequencing if necessary.
Storage Duration
– The projected time-frame for which the material is expected to be stored.
